At ‘s request, here is a bullet-point recap of the last few days of what he’s missed on my LJ (with some updates):<\/p>\n

YESTERDAY
\n– bought Chibi-Robo for the Gamecube… kind of like Katamari Damacy, but WAY more cut scenes and weirder(!) sound effects. Also, a talking robot chicken, fighting eggs in camoflage, and a wooden pirate called “Plankbeard”<\/p>\n

– photographed the Deputy Attorney General without throwing up (not because he’s gross, but from nerves) and will be posting it to our site later this week<\/p>\n

– still no plane tickets as yet for Bahamas but insistent calls to United Airlines are all met with “it’s in the mail”<\/p>\n

– ranted about evils of douche on LJ<\/p>\n

WEEKEND
\n– forced JVL to watch Star Trek: the movie, have not yet succeeded in getting him to watch Wrath of Khan<\/p>\n

FRIDAY
\n– sent general LJ invite for Sante wine fest walkabout on May 6th (still no Evite as yet, sorry!)<\/p>\n

– working on massive anatomically-labeled skeleton applique quilt<\/p>\n
