On my lunchhour today, I snapped up one of those many glossy &#8220;homes in Toronto&#8221; magazines that you find in boxes strategically placed at GOTrain stations and near major subway stops, and perused the &#8220;rental rates in the GTA&#8221; section. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Population and rental statistics for Weston and the Bay Street Corridor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our current area, Weston (known in the guide as &#8216;Neighborhood 113&#8217;), is not so different statistically speaking from the Bay Street Corridor (aka &#8216;Neighborhood 76&#8217;) where the condo I&#8217;m hoping to buy is located. The major differences?
