It&#8217;s past midnight. I&#8217;ve been working on my paper.<br \/>\nFeel like &#8220;done&#8221; is just a few hours away.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve whittled it down from 11,000 words to a nice, manageable 7,100.<br \/>\nOut of 20 pages, only 6 need reworking.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s not the most stellar stuff I&#8217;ve put to pixels, but I&#8217;m comforting myself with how much better it will be than the next piece of crap which I have left myself only five days to churn out. That one should hit the professor&#8217;s desk still steaming.<br \/>\n<lj user=\"sarcasma\">, I may take you up on your kind and very misguided offer of editage.<br \/>\nGoing to see <lj user=\"pipes_mum\"> on the weekend, although probably not for long, it will be nice.<br \/>\nNext weekend, the bulk of this ongoing nonsense should be over.<br \/>\nLooked at my Old English paper (the dark horse, third paper which I refuse to think about at this time).<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s workable. There&#8217;s 5000 words there, and a solid bibliography. I think I can get it done by the end of May.<br \/>\nI will repeat my mantra: JUST HAND IT IN. Whatever it is.
