At lunch, I bought my ticket to the Creative Needlework Festival this weekend.
Earlier today, I became somewhat obsessed with the photo-sensitive fabric dye ‘Pebeo Setacolor (Transparent)’, and have decided that I MUST go to the ‘G&S Dye Store’ on Dundas West after work to buy some.
I have a goal in mind that I will harvest leaves from Paul & Uli’s garden, and get them to tell me the names of the plants they came from, and make a lovely helio-portrait of their shadows using sunpainting techniques.
What’s that? This is a grey and rainy October and there is no sunshine, and probably won’t be for several months? I can’t hear you… the signal’s breaking up… kssshhttt!@#&^$ *cracking* *fade*
No sheep? 😉
If the sun’s too dim
To light your way
Light a sheep instead!
Thanks for the crushing reminder of the grey skies of winter. 🙁 I’m off to mope now……
Suddenly haiku
Is cropping up all over
In your LJ posts
What up with that, homes?
Not that I mind, understand –
Simply curious
Bad Goth Poetry
Gene is Expressing itself
Haiku is shorter
In other words, I occasionally get moods which demand I write bad poetry, and haiku, by virtue of length, is less painful to read.
