Oooh… comics events I actually want to go to.
Damn you, Beguiling, for being so… beguiling!

They have freaking CHIP KIDD, graphic designer and comic man at the store signing tonight from 8-9pm.
And freaking CHRIS WARE, graphic designer and awesome, awesome comic dude signing tomorrow from 8-9pm.

Three years ago you could not have kept me away from these events with a blowtorch, a sledgehammer and a length of lead chain. Now… *sigh* Will I go? I don’t know. A lot has gone down with me and the world of comics. Do I really want to see Peter, or Chris Butcher, or the many other people who I’ll likely know at this event? Should I just move past my trepidation about re-entering the world of comics and meet these artists whose work I respect so much?
